What is a dog drying coat?
A dog drying coat, also called a dog bathrobe or dog towel coat, is a wearable towel that wraps around your dog's body and fastens in place. It absorbs water from the coat while keeping your dog warm, without you having to rub them down by hand.
When should my dog wear one?
After baths, swims, beach trips, grooming, rainy or muddy walks, and before your dog gets back in the car.
How long should my dog wear it?
Most owners leave it on until the fur feels damp rather than wet. Thick or long coats take longer than short coats. Take it off once your dog is dry.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your dog's back length and chest, then check them against our size chart. It covers all five sizes in inches or centimetres and includes a measuring diagram. If your dog is between sizes, the larger size gives more coverage.
How do I wash a dog bath robe?
Fasten the velcro, machine wash at 30°C (86°F), and tumble dry on cool. Skip fabric softener and bleach, which reduce absorbency, and wash dark colors separately.
