At Royal Pup Club, we want you and your pup to love your drying coat. If it isn't right, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is free.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label.

Condition of returned items

Please return items unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all parts and packaging. If an item comes back used, washed, damaged or missing parts, we may deduct up to 50% of the item price from your refund. We photograph every return when it arrives.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including original shipping. No deductions apply.

Refunds

We inspect returns and issue approved refunds to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving them. Your bank or card provider may take up to 10 business days to show the refund. Original shipping charges are refunded only for damaged, defective or wrong items.

How to start a return

Website orders: Send us a message with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.

eBay orders: Start the return from your eBay purchase history. The same 30-day free returns apply, handled through eBay's returns system and the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
