Our 60-day satisfaction promise: If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re not either!

We gladly offer refunds or exchanges for any item bought from Royal Pup Club within 60 days of delivery, except for personalized items. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Shipping

We ship to customers around the world! Orders are sent using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

U.S. orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. International shipments usually take 7–15 business days, though delays may occur during busy seasons or due to customs.

International Orders

For international shipments, we use tracked services such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS International.

Customs and Duties
International customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, customs fees, tariffs, or other charges. We cannot control or reimburse delays or additional costs caused by customs. Customers may be asked to provide information to their local customs office to help clear the shipment.
